Q: How long does it take to dispatch my order? A: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Q: How long does UK delivery take? A: Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 working days.

Q: What are the UK shipping costs? A: Shipping fees vary based on weight and delivery speed. Standard rates start from £3.95, with free shipping on orders over £65.

Q: Do you offer tracked delivery? A: Yes! All UK orders are shipped with tracking included. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.

💸 Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?

If your order is under $1,000 AUD or NZD, it qualifies as a low-value import, which means:

  • No customs duties are charged.

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% may still apply*

  • The threshold includes the total value of goods, shipping, and insurance.

📦 What does the $1,000 threshold mean?

Orders below $1,000 AUD/NZD are:

  • Exempt from customs duties

  • Still subject to GST, which may be collected at checkout or by your local customs office*

Most orders from our store fall well below this threshold, so you're unlikely to face additional import fees beyond GST.

🧾 WIll I pay GST?

*As our annual sales to Australia are below the AUD $75,000 threshold, we are not registered for GST with the Australian Taxation Office. This means we do not charge GST at checkout.

However, please note that GST may still be applied by Australian customs or your delivery provider depending on the value and nature of your order.

  • Australia: 10–20 working days

  • New Zealand: 10–25 working days Tracked shipping is available and recommended for peace of mind.
